Mr. Steve Karmani, I just wanted to take a brief moment to thank you for all of the work and time that you put in in bringing about the Ingersoll Reverse Mortage that we were able to close right at the end of last year (holiday season and all). After numerous set backs and difficulties (including the two civil lawsuits...probate and civil/chancery), and having to walk that tight-rope between two lawyers (myself and Jeff G), we would not have been able to settle the cases and Mrs. Ingersoll and her neice would not have been able to go on with their lives without you persistence, dedication to completing the project, a wealth of expertise in this area, and your cooperative good nature...and it took all that to get this matter done.
